Lokaal Groen was born from a simple belief: the richest flavors grow just around the corner. For more than three decades, we have been building a kitchen that relies entirely on the land surrounding Helmond — the fertile soils of De Peel, the gardens of local farming families, and the seasons that shape our daily menu.
Each morning, our chef begins the day by visiting the farms of our trusted partners. What is ripe, what is pure, what tastes best today — that defines the menu. No imports, no compromises. Only honest, local, and seasonal ingredients.
Our guests don’t just taste a dish. They taste a landscape.
